Great People ! Excellent Grooming Prices !. I have a Border Collie who had never been groomed or had her fur trimmed before other than the brushing done by me. They took excellent care of her !! I was very surprised at the cheap price of the grooming , which at Petsmart would have cost me 50 some odd dollars. It only cost me $30 here !! I was very pleased with that !! It only took about an hour for it to be done, and I enjoyed an amazing gelato at the ice cream shop down the road while I waited. Overall excellent customer service and great attention to customer needs. An absolute must - see for you and your dog !

Finally - a fun store that can fit my dog. We love this store. It has everything, and it is so different from all of the other pet boutique/stores around this area. I especially love that they carry a lot of locally made things. Whenever I need something special, I know I can find it here, and the prices are actually affordable. I have a 90 pound dog, and they have cool clothing and toys for him. I just got a Saints shirt for him that fits! They even helped me try it on him. I also really like that I can walk in and get his giant nails trimmed. I was super surprised when I discovered that they charge less for my dog food than the big chain stores. This is a go see store!

Best dog birthday cake I ever had!. We tasted the cake, and it was just as good as the people cakes at Whole Foods! We love shopping at Petcetera. The store is clean, organized, and the staff is knowledgabe and friendly. Petcetera has the items I want and at prices I can afford. It has the boutique appeal that makes shopping there so interesting.

Perfect place for the pampered pet. I've been going to Petcetera for over a year to get my shih tzu groomed. Each time they have done a fantastic job. Yesterday the groomer called to tell me of a hot spot that she found on my dog's back when she was shaving his fur, so that I would know to take him to the vet. The personal attention that my dog gets keeps me going back.

I also love the full range of toys, bowls, treat, and not to mention the doggie bakery. They have everything I need to spoil my dog.

Avoid gromming your pet here!. Took my two little puppies to get groomed and after telling them how I wanted them and apparently they disregarded it. My small Maltese now is like a Poodle and my Yorkie mix is like a dog without hair. Also after asking several times for their pricing I ended up paying $120 for charges that I didn't even know they existed. My dogs get combed every day so they are very used to getting combed. They get angry if you treat them really hard, I got a charge for their attitude... I suggest to take your pet somewhere else.
