I worked at Frostop in 2009 and for Mardi Gras in 2010.....I personally enjoyed the job but agree that some of the staff there are rude or were then but the food is great and its a great place to work..regrettably its my own fault i dont work there anymore and wish i could come back when i return to New Orleans. But again the food is very good!!!!

Great Little Landmark Cafe. The Brennan's however if you are looking for a tasty burger, sandwich, or blue plate, with a juke box fifties sock hop vibe this is definitely a fun little dive!

Staff is completely ignorant. I went in yesterday with my fiance to grab a burger and he simply asked for his drink because the air was broken and this very uneducated-idiotic little girl gets completely rude with him, so I try to explain to her that he didn't mean any harm but she gets rude with me. A verbal altercation follows between the two of us while she's actually waiting on customers. A word to the owner/ manager you really need to reeveluate who you hire before it can cost you your entire business.

Great Daily Specials, burgers, and service at this New Orleans fixture. I wholeheartedly disagree with the previous reviewer who is probably a competitor taking a cheap shot. I'm 25 years old and I've been eating at Frostop since I was a kid. The staff is quite friendly and the food is prepared fresh when you order. They have great daily specials such as Red Beans and Rice, Spaghetti and Meatballs, White Beans, etc... There is nothing like a fully dressed "Lotto Burger" with cheese and a cold mug of root beer.

Nastiest food paired with very rude staff makes great combo. The nastiest cheeseburger and service. Bun was burnt to a crisp. Tomato was black in the center. Threw it directly in trash. This was my second attempt eating at Ted's in 2 weeks, so it's not as if I this was a one time problem. They are consistent, and not in a good way. Avoid at all costs.
