Worst in Town!. After almost 10 years I decided to treat myself to acrylic nails again. When I went to World Nails on Hwy 22 almost 10 years ago, they did a fantastic job. I should have never gone back. I was not greeted when I walked in. I was yelled at by a woman on her phone, "What do you want". I told her what I wanted and she said "sit right there". She proceeded to buff my nails down almost to the skin while she talked on her cell phone. After she finished poorly applying the acrylic nails, a man walked in a took over. He proceeded to buff my nails again until they bleed. He quickly applied the pink and white gel. It was so badly done that none of my nails matched up and the white was seriously crooked and uneven. Then he buffed and shaped the acrylic nails but made them so fat, that they were double the size of my fingers! I had what I can only describe as a "rug burn" from him shaping my nails, on every finger. None of the equipment or tools used were ever cleaned and they proceeded to use the same tools and equipment on someone else after me. The whole thing cost me $40 and by the time I got home, 5 minutes later, all of the acrylic tips had popped and there were large bubbles under the gel. It looked horrible. I had a friend fix my nails and painted over their mistakes until I can afford to go somewhere else to have them fixed. I am so upset. I rarely do things like this for myself and when I finally do, it was a disaster. I will never go there again and I urge you to never go there as well. The sign above their store says World Nails but they are listed as World Nail. They are located on Hwy 22 between Wood ridge and Deer Run subdivisions. Avoid them. I am praying that I do not get a nail infection.,
