Beautiful cakes

We sent them a mock-up of what kind of design we wanted and they did a knock-out job. Our cakes (we got a red velvet groom's cake and a raspberry buttercream wedding cake) looked so beautiful.

Perfect Wedding Cake

Rhonda at Flour Power created a cake for our wedding reception that exceeded our expectations. It was visually stunning, creative, and exactly what we were wanting for our Mardi Gras theme. Oh, and it was the most delicious cake I have ever tasted (we had the Fresh Fruit). If you are a NOLA bride, give them a call....you won't be sorry!

Best desert cakes and good food to just get a bite to eat

They have absolutely divine cakes. they are the best kept secret and the last time i drove down there (i live in baton rouge) i had a awesome quesadillas and they let me sample the strawberry ice cream that they were toying with the idea of venturin down that path. it was excellant and really yummy, words cant describe how hevenly it tasted!!!!

lovve their food and they are all groovy peeps!!!

worth the adventure to find and to get wonderful treats!

The best confectionery I have found!!!

If you are one of those who gets that sweet tooth every so often, then I highly recommend the short drive to Flour Power. When you walk into the restaurant, your mouth will begin to water at the smell of freshly baked pastries. Not only is the presentation of the pastries absolutly amazing, the flavor and smells are a perfect 10! The people are friendly and you do get that true touch of southern hospitality. If you really want to wow your taste buds, Flour Power is the place!

• Pros: Fantastic flavor and presentation
• Cons: A little out of the way, but definatly worth it.
