Best Sashimi I ever had in the states
by MW919 at Citysearch
I’m Japanese and extremely picky on the Japanese food and Sashimi quality.
Most sushi places I have gone were over charged and serve ok quality fish.
And some of them are not really Japanese food.
This place serves GREAT quality of fish and REAL Japanese food!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM SO MUCH!
If you want to go the Japanese restaurant to pay so much money for ok food, or want to see HIBACHI and feel like you went to fancy restaurant, this is not place to go.
But if you REALLY LOVE or want to eat REAL Japanese food, GO CAFÉ ZEN!
They are the BEST!!
My opinion, the best sushi.

Best sushi on the Westbank. I think it's better than Fugi Hana. I try to go as much as possible. The staff is very nice and the owner is very friendly. Highly recommended and many people that I talk to feel the same.
- Pros: Everything
- Cons: Small restaurant but very cozy
Fresh sushi and great service

Very fresh sushi and great customer service. Decor could be a little nicer...but it's really great to go with the family. Probably wouldn't suggest it for a date night because it just doesn't have that romantic sushi bar feel to it.
- Pros: Fresh sushi, great service
- Cons: Ambiance is a little lacking

The customer service is great. It is the kind of place you could dress up to go to or come in casual with your kid and not feel uncomfortable either way. The food is top notch. I would recommend it to anyone. They have other food besides sushi too just incase you aren't a fan of sushi.
Ichiban - Best Sushi This Side of Tokyo

None better in the New Orleans metro area. Cafe Zen rivals some of the best sushi bars, even in a place like Los Angeles.
