Like eatin' at your gramma's house. Warm and cozy ... the food is delicious, hearty portions and made with that touch of home cookin'. The club sandwich is my favorite but the muffalettta is something to experience. A bit busy at noon when the regulars are there--but well worth waiting for! Tuesday is the awesome Fried Chicken day--cooked to order (20 min)----Don't miss this one!!!!! Everything here is good and they call you by name instead of a number.

From a Local, these are GREAT sandwiches, etc. This is one of those hide-away places where only locals go...though everyone is welcome as it is a very friendly place. But you go for the food. I have been through the whole menu, and it is all terrific. If you want something special in NOLA, this is it!
